The application form for the OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) card needs to be filled online on website. Click here to access the online registration form. After filling in the online Form the applicant can save and print the form. A reference number is allocated to the applicant, which is mentioned on the printout-of the filled application form.

The print out of the application form with documents listed below and a service fee may please be deposited at the Consular Section of the Embassy for further processing.

Issue of OCI Card : € 216
Issue of OCI card in lieu of PIO Card (Major)*: € 20
Issue of OCI card in lieu of PIO card (Minor)*: € 114
OCI Miscellaneous Services : € 20
Issue of Duplicate OCI card in case of Loss/ Damage of OCI documents : € 79

Note:- Applicant should submit a copy of PIO card along with other documents

Please note:
Fees for the OCI card may be paid in Euros in cash at the Consular section of the Embassy. However, only when the documents are approved, payments should be made in cash at the counter of the consular Section, Indian Embassy. We do not accept credit cards or other payment cards. The Embassy will not be responsible for any loss of cash sent/returned through post.

• Copy of Indian passport surrender certificate.

• Copy of Meldezettel (Registration) from the local authorities.
• Copy of your current passport.
• Copy of your current citizenship certificate.
